Concept II Revision Town Hall

So, when was the last time you skimmed to the large numbered pages of the Big Red Book and read the Twelve Concepts? (You can also get a trifold on the Concepts and Suggested Commitment to Service here.)

Exactly.

These are not things that we often read or study as part of our recovery but they do help to describe they way we reach decisions and manage the work of ACA especially on a World Service Organization level.

Over the last few years ACA has been wrestling with how we organize ourselves on local and a global level and the ACA Business Conference has tasked the Concepts Study Ad Hoc Committee to review our Concepts (particularly II and VI) and make changes where warranted.

On Sept 7 at both noon and 8 pm the Concepts II and IV Study Group is holding a town hall to gather fellowship thoughts on the proposed changes to Concept II.

You are invited to take part in the Town Hall. We don’t often get an opportunity to see how the sausage is made and this event should give us a unique view on how ACA is put together.
